Within the flat you’ll find a modern fitted kitchen with hob, double oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and washing machine. In the hall cupboards you will find a standard freezer, vacuum cleaner, electric iron and ironing board..  

Bedroom 1 has a large five foot wrought iron bed with bedside cabinets, a set of drawers, cheval mirror, wicker chair and blanket box/window seat. There is an ample amount of fitted wardrobe space. It has superb views of the Bass Rock. A travel cot could be accommodated in the main bedroom (not supplied).

The second bedroom is also a double, with two single beds. Again there are fitted wardrobes and drawer units.

Bedding and pillows will be provided, but please bring your own towels.

The spacious lounge has an area set aside for dining, with an expandable dining table and six chairs. A coffee table, two side tables, three-seater sofa-bed and two additional armchairs complete the furnishings in this room. There is a 32” widescreen TV, Video, DVD player and Freeview unit. The main sofa is a 'double' sofa bed, which is designed for use as a permanent bed (sprung mattress) giving the flat an overall capacity of up to six people, plus an infant in a travel cot.

The shower room has a sink and toilet and a large enclosed shower cubicle with a Mira power shower.

For entertainment, there is a small selection of books, DVDs, Videos and games for all ages.

There is free public parking at the rear of the building.
